Our Story
Pretoria's official Brother dealer, built on hands-on expertise, honest advice, and a real love for the craft.
Brother Elite is an official, authorised Brother dealer based in Faerie Glen, Pretoria East, supplying sewing, embroidery and industrial machines for over 30 years.
We're specialists, not generalists. Every machine we sell, we service ourselves, which means the advice you get before you buy comes from the same people who'll be fixing and maintaining that machine for years afterward. That's not common in this industry, and it's why customers keep coming back.
Beyond Brother, we're also the official South African dealer for Jack industrial sewing machines and Creality 3D printers, so whether you're kitting out a home sewing room or a commercial production line, it's one trusted supplier for sales, service, and support.
Four reasons customers across South Africa trust Brother Elite.
Every machine you buy from us includes free, hands-on training. No exceptions. Embroidery machine purchases also include a complimentary lesson and free basic embroidery software, so you're never left figuring it out alone.
Stuck mid-project? Help is a message away. We answer real questions from real customers on WhatsApp and phone. Not a chatbot, not a call centre script.
We repair all sewing and embroidery machines in-house at our Pretoria workshop. 7–10 working days on most jobs, with every other brand accepted too, not just Brother.
Official dealer for Brother, Jack and Creality. Genuine machines, manufacturer-backed warranty, and a team that actually knows the products, not just the price list.
