Jack’s flagship AI-enabled lockstitch machine, using second-generation AMH2 adaptive material handling to detect fabric changes in real time and adjust feeding instantly for consistent stitching on both light and heavy materials. A high-torque motor (up to 11.3Nm) penetrates up to 18 layers of denim, runs at up to 5,000 stitches per minute, and adds a semi-dry head design to eliminate oil stains, plus a USB port and one-touch bartack/stitch controls near the needle bar.
